I Need a GPS

Have you ever had really great ideas but needed the steps to get from where you are to where you need to be? Years ago, we had to have printed maps. Now we have a GPS. 

As I am preparing a message to preach on Sunday, God has given me some great thoughts. I just need the roadmap to get to the conclusion. God has always been faithful to guide me, and I know He won’t let me down. He has a word for the people.

Some of you who read have great thoughts, but they remain thoughts for many years. Because it takes perseverance to get from point A to point B, you may have just given up. Keep praying. Keep seeking wise and godly counsel. Keep picking yourself back up when things don’t come together. Those ideas aren’t there to remain as just thoughts. 

You might be in a zone in your life where your signal is bad. Be patient. God will give the direction you need at the right time. When He does, be bold and act upon it.

The Establishment

We are in an era that is fed up with “the establishment”. This generation no longer wants business as usual. Even if they have to make extreme choices, they will make them to avoid the same old corruption or stagnation that is pretty in our country, our churches, and other organizations. 

It is time to wake up! Leaders are looking around and saying this generation needs to get with the program. I suggest it’s time for these “establishment” leaders to look in the mirror and make a change. Too many leaders are in their positions to play the political game and benefit self. Where are the men and women who care more about others than self? They are right under our noses and being passed over for people with charisma and no compassion.

Please don’t sit around and wonder how we got in this mess in so many areas of life. You and I can do something about it. We can’t accept this anymore!!! If we sit back and do nothing, we will see things on multiple levels be flushed down the drain.

Will you accept things as they are, or will you be bold and be a game changer?
